24 hour cancellation policy

we maintain a firm 24-hour cancellation policy for all bookings. clients may modify their class up until this point using the link in their original booking email. late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for credit or reschedule, as these spaces are limited.

late arrival policy

there is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. for your safety and to minimize disruption to others, you may not be permitted to join the class after this window has passed.

new to reformer / pilates / salt

for those new to pilates/the reformer and the studio, it is mandatory you arrive before the class starts to meet with your instructor.

if you’re new to pilates, we strongly encourage booking a private session before joining a group class. this allows you to become familiar with the equipment and ensures a more confident, informed, and safe group class experience.

grip socks required

filming and phone usage

filming your workout is permitted as long as it is non-disruptive and does not include or distract other clients. to maintain focus and respect for all participants, phones must be set to silent before class begins. texting, calling, or using your phone while on the reformers is strictly prohibited during sessions.

grip socks are mandatory for all reformer sessions for both safety and hygiene purposes. grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.

inclement weather

large parties + bachelorettes

In the event of inclement weather requiring a session to be rescheduled, you will be notified via email. If you booked as a drop-in, we will assist you in rescheduling to a preferred date and time. If you are a package holder, the session will be credited back to the original package code used for booking.

for all large parties and bachelorette bookings at salt studio, defined as groups of seven persons or more, a 72-hour cancellation policy applies, and any cancellations made within this window are non-refundable. food and beverages are not permitted in the studio unless previously arranged as part of a studio buyout, which includes approved setup and takedown coordination. once payment has been received, changes may be made to the date and time subject to availability; however, group size and pricing may not be adjusted.
